Day 01

Maun

Arrive in Maun, Botswana’s tourism capital and the gateway into the Okavango Delta. Spend the day settling in along the Thamalakane River, with an easy introduction to the country’s safari atmosphere.

Day 02

Okavango Delta

Head into the Okavango Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage wetland in north-western Botswana known for its permanent swamps, seasonal floodplains, islands, and waterways. Enjoy a mokoro-style experience through the channels and a classic Delta safari setting.

Day 03

Moremi Game Reserve

Explore Moremi Game Reserve, one of the most picturesque parts of the Okavango Delta, with floodplains, lagoons, forests, and rich wildlife viewing. The reserve is known for its varied landscape and rewarding game-drive terrain.

Day 04

Chobe National Park

Travel to Chobe National Park, Botswana’s best-known elephant stronghold and a classic safari destination in the north-east. The Chobe Riverfront is especially famous for large elephant herds gathering along the riverbank.

Day 05

Chobe Riverfront

Spend the day on a river cruise and game drive along the Chobe Riverfront, where hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of water birds are commonly seen from the water. This is one of Botswana’s most scenic ways to experience wildlife.

Day 06

Makgadikgadi Pans

Journey to the Makgadikgadi Pans, one of the world’s largest salt-pan landscapes. The area is known for its vast open horizons and seasonal wildlife movement, including zebra and wildebeest migrations.

Day 07

Tsodilo Hills

Visit Tsodilo Hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its ancient rock art, walking trails, and cultural heritage. The hills have supported human life for thousands of years and remain one of Botswana’s most meaningful heritage sites.

Day 08

Central Kalahari

End the journey in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve, a vast desert wilderness originally established as a sanctuary for the San people. The day offers a final look at Botswana’s remote open landscapes and traditional lifeways.
