It is one of Africa’s most varied scenic journeys.

Namibia itinerary
Day 01

Windhoek

Arrive in Windhoek and settle into Namibia’s capital before heading into the country’s wide-open landscapes. The city sits on the central plateau and offers a calm starting point for the journey ahead.

Day 02

Sossusvlei & Namib Sand Sea

Travel to Sossusvlei in Namib-Naukluft Park, home to some of the world’s highest dunes and the UNESCO-listed Namib Sand Sea. Sunset over the red dunes sets the tone for Namibia’s desert drama.

Day 03

Desert Adventure Day

Spend a full day on the dunes with 4x4 drives, quad biking, hiking, scenic flights, and photography around Sossusvlei and the Namib Desert. This is one of Namibia’s best places for big-sky desert experiences.

Day 04

Swakopmund & Walvis Bay

Head to Swakopmund and Walvis Bay, where the sea meets the desert. The coast is known for adventure activities, boat cruises, dune sports, and a lively resort-town atmosphere.

Day 05

Skeleton Coast

Continue north along Skeleton Coast Park, a windswept stretch marked by fog, cold Benguela breezes, shipwrecks, and vast empty beaches. It is widely described as one of Namibia’s last great wildernesses.

Day 06

Spitzkoppe

Spend the day around Spitzkoppe, one of Namibia’s most photographed granite outcrops. The area is known for its striking rock formations, hiking opportunities, and sweeping desert views.

Day 07

Damaraland & Twyfelfontein

Explore Damaraland, known for rocky mountains, open plains, and desert-adapted elephants, rhino, and lions. Visit Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with one of Africa’s largest concentrations of rock engravings.

Day 08

Etosha National Park

Finish with Etosha, Namibia’s flagship park and one of the country’s top tourist draws. It is home to 114 mammal species and more than 400 bird species, with waterholes and open plains delivering classic safari viewing.
